Should any Mojo Sportswear product develop a problem due to a defect in manufacturing for a period of up to one year after purchase, please return the product to:

along with a brief note outlining the problem and its location on the garment.
Please also include a copy of the credit card receipt, online sales order confirmation, etc. showing the date of purchase as well as your name, mailing address, daytime phone number and email address. The Assurance Guarantee covers Mojo items up to one full year after purchase, from either the Mojo online store or any Mojo Retail Partner.
The decision to replace any product is at the sole discretion of Mojo Sportswear. Should a product be approved for replacement, it will be returned to the customer at no charge, including postage.
